statement of their general health and safety policy setting out aims and
objectives for improving health and safety….
Employers must appoint one of more competent persons to provide occupational health and safety assistance. |

Employees who are injured or made ill at work are entitled to sue their
employer for compensation. This will only succeed if they can establish that their employer was negligent, and/or in breach of their statutory duty. |
