The Investment in Excellence Programme enables participants to think in ways to create success, set and achieve goals, understand how to make positive changes, how to enhance growth, learnto motivate and engage others through providing positive feedback allowing them to also learn, grow and realise their potential.

It creates conditions where people will be more open to change and more resilient to impact, building strong internal capacity and capability in others, teams and organisations so they have the tools to confront new challenges, re-shape unproductive habits, attitudes, beliefs and expectations.
Who is it for?
The Investment in Excellence programme has been designed by the Pacific Institute specifically for Managers and Senior Managers and is complementary to the STEPS to Excellence Programme.
Targeted at managers, professionals and leaders at every level within an organisation, this 5-day development programme will provide the knowledge, tools and techniques to identify, set and achieve challenging goals, shape organisational culture and increase performance individually, within teams and the business.
Phase 1 (3 days followed by 4 weeks supported assimilation)
The aim of Phase 1 of the Investment in Excellence programme is to provide participants with a simple but highly effective ‘toolkit’ for unlocking their immense personal and organisational potential.
It begins by helping participants to discover, through individual experience, the significant impact that “habitualised” thought patterns have on performance, leading to practical, individualised goal-setting for future personal and business success.
Phase 2 (2 days followed by 4 weeks supported assimilation)
The aim of phase 2 is to specifically apply the concepts and techniques learned in Phase 1 to the organisation and in particular to the leadership and management role.
This Phase of the programme aims to lead organisations to the launch pad for “lift off” to unprecedented success.
(For organisations choosing the closed course route, this Phase is incredibly powerful in identifying, setting and assuring the achievement of visionary organisational or team goals for success)
