Users will learn the basics of Visio, to create a drawing, to connect shapes and to work with text and shapes.
Visio Professional 2000 is delivered to introductory level.

As a working knowledge of the full range of ICT packages is becoming a core competence within any workforce, this programme would be suitable for anyone who is involved in designing or communicating systems, processes and/or structures.
