This one-day personal and professional development course will help delegates to :-
Recognise assertive behaviour and how it differs from other types of behaviour
Identify assertive skills and how to use them
Practise assertive skills to improve performance in the workplace

Most employees have sound opinions and ideas on how to develop the business, deal with customers or make improvements to processes but many cannot express themselves effectively enough to make the necessary impact.
This course will provides an insight into how to communicate effectively by identifying assertive behaviour, its uses and effects, and how to develop the skills needed to employ assertive behaviour in the workplace.
