Engage Your Emotions - PART OF THE COUNSELLING SKILLS SERIES OF WORKSHOPS

This one-day workshop will introduce delegates to the essential ingredients of self-awareness and effective communication.

The workshop will allow delegates to be :-
Be able to understand the true concept of self-awareness and its application within a professional setting
Be able to understand why self-awareness and personal insights assist in building trust with others within your work team
Recognise the impact that this awareness will have on their performance in both personal and professional relationships

The workshop is designed to facilitate learning within a confidential group setting in a friendly relaxed environment and will be delivered by a COSCA accredited trainer who delivers Counselling Skills Certificated Programmes.

Engage Your Emotions is one of the key workshops in the Counselling Skills course series; the other 2 workshops in the series are “Learning to Listen” and “Emotional Intelligence”.
