Personal and Professional Development Training - Train the Trainer


Programme Objectives

The 2 1/2-day course is designed to allow delegates to :-

Understand the training function and it's role in the business
Describe the Training Cycle and recognise the key stages
Identify training needs and make recommendations on the best training solution
Practice presentation and coaching techniques
Understand the use and application of evaluation techniques


Delivery Methods
The programme is delivered using a range of delivery techniques, including Presentations, Case Studies, Discussion Forums, role-plays and practical activities.
The programme is detailed in Appendix 1.

Each programme is delivered over 2 full days and a half-day.

Cost

The price for attendance at an open programme at the Business School to be delivered over 2 full days and a half-day over a 3-week period is £395 + VAT per delegate.
The cost includes training materials, refreshements and also a 2 course lunch for the full day.
