THE DIPLOMA IN PROGRAMME AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PPM DIPLOMA) AND CHARTERED MANAGEMENT STATUS
WHAT IS PPM DIPLOMA?
The PPM Diploma consists of seven core units plus an integrative assessment, supported by two additional units for Project Management and two additional units for Programme Management. The PPM Diploma is based on extensive research into existing bodies of knowledge on Programme, Project Management and other qualifications, to produce a benchmark qualification for any individual serious about developing their ability as a Programme and Project Manager. Its jointly accredited by the APMG and CMI. PPM Diploma

The PPM Diploma concentrates on the development of a clear understanding of the range of disciplines and techniques which underpin successful Programme and Project Management, and of their practical application, ideally in a candidate’s workplace. It also provides a foundation for Continuing Professional and Personal Development and the opportunity for successful candidates to progress towards becoming a Chartered Manager.
